MY APPROACH

Every Entrepreneur is Neurodiverse, and Every Neurodiverse Person is Entrepreneurial, it is because of the Blueprint of our Brains!

Hi, I'm Jo, I am an entrepreneur, Coach, Mentor, Trainer, and Strategist, known as "The Neurodivergent Strategist".

I want to you to come into my world, to know that you aren't alone. That the invisible barriers, challenges, and internal struggles and fights you have been experiencing throughout your life are not because of any personality traits.

These are because of the blueprint of your brain and once you know this, they can no longer have the ability or power to hold you back any longer, there are solutions, systems, skills and support out there, ready to be learnt and implemented so that you can start to really lean into your full potential.

You already know and feel that there is something big that you need to do and that there is something greater than you that needs to be accomplished, so that you can really serve people in the way you heart and soul wants to do.

My aim is to raise awareness about Neurodiversity in a really positive way. I have a strengths-based approach to help show people that having the blueprint of a Neurodiverse Brain enables them to have unique set of skills and I like to highlight the strengths in this.

Strengths like Grit, Determination, Resilience, Creativity, just to name just a few.

There are challenges that need to be supported and there are things that need to be put in place to support the type of life we want because we are Neurodiverse, which I include as part of my programmes and courses.

We are the ones with the lightbulb moments. We are the ones that don't even know there is a box, never mind thinking outside the box. We are the ones that are fixing world problems.

We are critical thinkers. We are specialists in a generalist world.

I am here to help you navigate and understand what type of Neurodiverse profile you have and to help you understand that it goes further than just getting a diagnosis.

It's about understanding which aspects are in play, what the challenges are and then supporting those challenges, which that is individual to all of us.

Each and every neurodivergent profile is completely different just like every human being.

I always say, "How you feel is how you deal" being Neurodiverse is not the challenge, not knowing you are Neurodiverse is!

The awareness of this can start the process of people being able to start to feel whole, which creates phenomenal results both personally and professionally. It's an honour to be part of your journey.
